The Practice offers the decades of clinical and forensic experience of Dr. Marengo, a Technical Consultant and Criminal Expert registered with the Register of Experts of the Court of Milan. Cases of interest and handling range from stalking and femicide, to psychological, physical, and sexual abuse of children and pedophilia in criminal matters. Child custody, parental capacity assessments, and psychological damage assessments in civil matters. Services are complemented by procedural strategy consulting and coordination of multidisciplinary teams (lawyers, doctors, various technicians, etc.) for both law firms and private clients requiring a point of reference for information or operational matters. We also perform medical-legal and psychological assessments for all legally permitted purposes.
